Shelter

FPH currently has a temporary emergency shelter facility open in Honolulu. The site has individual units where families are able to self-isolate from others. The Honolulu location can support up to 24 families

Eligibility:

• For families who are experiencing homelessness (staying in a place not meant for human habitation) or those who are fleeing abuse 

• Family includes any group of persons presenting for assistance together with custody of minor children

• Must be willing to adhere to FPH program guidelines 

 

Documents Needed:

• Valid ID for all adults

• Birth certificates for all minor children

• Social security cards for all family members
