We provide follow-up support services to families who have graduated from our Diversion or Shelter programs, for six months, up to a year, afterwards. This approach empowers families to achieve self-sufficiency and sustainable independence. Skilled staff, including our After Care Case Manager, and volunteers provide a variety of workshops, on-going training and mentorship to help families stay in permanent housing.
