This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how Family Promise of Hawaiʻi (“FPH,” “us,” “our,” or “we”) collects, uses, and discloses personal information from or about you through the websites we maintain that link to this Policy, including familypromisehawaii.org (the “Site”), and our telecommunications.

This Policy does not apply to private client information that we collect upon intake into our programs and services. Information regarding our privacy practices with regard to private client information can be found in the intake packet provided to you at the time of collection.

We may obtain personal information through the Site, such as when you donate money to FPH, register for events, or submit an inquiry about our programs and services. Personal information we collect will vary depending on your interactions with us. We do not sell, share, or disclose personal information about our users except as described in this Privacy Policy. We may use and disclose (such as to vendors affiliates, and business partners) the personal information collected through the Site for various purposes, including at your direction, to communicate with you and to fulfill your requests, facilitate and personalize your user experience, monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activities of visitors, take certain action with regard to any suspected or actual fraudulent or illegal activity or activity that violates our polices, and comply with applicable laws, rules, regulations, and legal processes.
